This software and associated documentation files are provided to authorized users for internal business operations only under a non-exclusive, non-transferable license.

RESTRICTIONS — You may NOT:

• Redistribute, sell, lease, or sublicense the Software
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works without written authorization
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
• Transfer rights to any third party
• Share login credentials across multiple devices or users

SINGLE DEVICE POLICY:

Each licensed account may only be active on ONE device at a time. Logging in from another device automatically terminates the previous session.

DATA PRIVACY & COMPLIANCE:

This Software is designed to comply with GCC data protection regulations, including the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Personal Data Protection Law (KSA PDPL) and UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021. All operational data remains stored locally on this device unless explicitly exported.

TERMINATION:

This agreement terminates automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any provision herein. Upon termination, all rights granted cease immediately.

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL FIRE FLY FLEET FZE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
